平肝潜阳法治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证临床依据的系统评价

摘　　要：目的:系统评价平肝潜阳法治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证的疗效及安全性。方法:全面检索近20年来发表在国内生物医学期刊上的运用平肝潜阳法治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证的随机对照临床研究文献,利用Revman 4.2.10软件对多个研究结果的总体效应进行Meta分析,并进行敏感性分析;发表偏倚分析。结果:共纳入8篇随机对照临床试验,944例患者符合纳入标准,但其方法学质量均较低。Meta分析降压疗效评价合并效应量R2(Random)为2.27及95%CI:[1.60,3.23];中医症状疗效评价合并效应量R2为3.16及95%CI:[1.72,5.76];纳入文献中安全性评价合并效应量R2为0.32及95%CI:[0.14,0.72]。结论:平肝潜阳法治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证疗效确切且安全性较高。Objective： To assess the efficacy and safety of calm the liver and subdue yang therapy on the hypertension disease with syndrome of upper hyperactivity of liver yang.Methods： Retrieving the literatures of randomized controlled trial published in the domestic biological medical journals in past 20 years,choosing the cases of treating hypertension disease with syndrome of upper hyperactivity of liver yang with calm the liver and subdue yang therapy,to perform Meta-analysis and sensitivity analysis for the overall effect of multiple findings;Then posted bias analysis results.Results： Eight randomized controlled clinical trials were included of which 944 patients met the inclusion criteria,but the methodological quality was low.Meta analysis of combined effects of amount R2（Random） of antihypertensive efficacy evaluation was 2.27 and its 95% CI was [1.60,3.23];Combined effects of amount R2（Random） of symptom efficacy evaluation was 3.16 and its 95% CI was [1.72,5.76];Combined effects of amount R2（Random） of the safety evaluation for the included literatures was 0.32 and its 95% CI was [0.14,0.72].Conclusions： The calm the liver and subdue yang therapy for treating hypertension disease with syndrome of upper hyperactivity of liver yang has curative effect and high safety.
