摘  要:目的:制备葛根素提取物口腔崩解片并对其质量进行评价。方法:采用单因素法优选压力和矫味剂;采用正交试验法优选崩解剂。结果:优选的处方为葛根素提取物22%,交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPP)10%,微晶纤维素(MCC)40%,硬度在4.0-5.0kg,桔子香精:甘露醇:阿司帕坦比例为0.8:5:1,制得的口腔崩解片在30s内崩解完全,口感良好。结论:本处方和工艺制得的葛根素提取物口腔崩解片质量优良,达到设计要求。Objective: Prepare puerarin extract oral disintegrating tablets and evaluate its quality.Methods: Single-factor method was adopted to optimize the pressure,lubricant and correctant;orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the disintegrant agent.Results: The optimized formulation was as follows: 22% puerarin,10% cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone,40% microcrystalline cellulose,hardness was 4.0-5.0kg,orange flavor:mannitol:aspartame ratio was 0.8:5:1.The prepared tablets disintegrated totally within 30s and tasted good.Conclusion: The puerarin extract oral disintegrating tablets obtained by this prescription and process have good qualities and meet the design requirements.
