痹祺胶囊与钙尔奇D治疗老年胸腰椎爆裂骨折临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察痹祺胶囊和钙尔奇D对于老年胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者的疗效。方法:26例胸腰椎骨折的老年患者,施行后路切开椎弓根钉系统内固定手术,手术前后均予以痹祺胶囊口服,术后再予以钙尔奇D口服,测量术后病椎骨密度。结果:应用痹祺胶囊后,患者术前和术后的疼痛、下肢麻木等神经症状均有不同程度缓解;术后12周骨密度较术后早期明显提高(P<0.05),提示骨折愈合。结论:痹祺胶囊联合钙尔奇D对胸腰椎骨折患者疗效明显。Objective： To observe the effect of Biqi Capsule with caltrate in treatment of thoracolumbar fractures of elderly patients.Methods： 32 elderly patients with thoracolumbar fractures were treated with screw fixation of posterior pedicle.They were all treated by Biqi capsule before and after operation,caltrate was taken after operation.Bone mineral density（BMD） of callus was measured after operation.Results： No failures occurred,and ease of pain and neurological symptoms was found before and after operation.BMD of injured vertebra increased significantly after 12 weeks（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： There was significant curative effect of Biqi capsule with caltrate in treatment of thoracolumbar fractures of elderly patients.
