小儿气管支气管异物76例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿支气管异物的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析我院2010年3月至2011年5月收治的76例小儿气管、支气管异物患者的临床资料。结果本组76例小儿气管、支气管异物患者,术前咳出2例,全麻或表麻下顺利取出异物73例,术后并发心衰1例。结论小儿气管、支气管异物快速准确的诊断、治疗以及并发症预防是挽救患儿生命的关键。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of infantile bronchial foreign body. Methods To retrospectively analyze 76 cases of tracheal bronchial foreign body in our hospital between March 2010 to May 2011. Results Among 76 cases, tracheal bronchial foreign bodies were preoperatively expectorated in 2 cases and smoothly taken out under general anesthesia or surface anesthesia in 73 cases. 1 case was complicated by postoperative heart failure. Conclusion The rapid and correct diagnosis, treatment and prevention of complications are the keys to save the children patients＇ life.
