直肠超声在前列腺良恶性肿瘤结节鉴别诊断的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经直肠超声检查在前列腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别上的诊断价值。方法对51例56个前列腺结节行经直肠超声检查,用多个指标联合评估,进行病灶的良恶性鉴别。结果以危险因素大于或等于3项为标准,对前列腺结节作出"恶性"判断,与病理结果的符合率、灵敏度、特异性分别为91.1%、95.2%和78.6%。结论经直肠超声检查对前列腺良恶性结节的鉴别诊断有较大的应用价值。Objective To investigate the differential diagnostic value of transrectal ultrasound in benign and malignant prostatic tumors. Methods Transrectal ultrasound was performed in 56 prostatic nodules of 51 patients. The multiple indexes were used to evaluate and differentiate benign tumor from malignant tumor. Results Number of risk factors ≥ 3 as the criterion in transrectal ultrasound was used for the diagnosis of malignant prostatic tumors. The diagnosis coincidence rate, sensitivity rate and specificity rate were 91.1% ,95.2% and 78.6% respectively. Conclusion Transrectal ultrasound combined with comprehensive analysis on the detection results has great value in differential diagnosis of prostatic nodules.
