摘　　要：急性脑血管疾病是临床常见病,临床表现复杂多变,其引起的心脏电学改变也复杂多变。心电图异常改变主要包括心律异常、传导异常、复极异常、房室改变,其中又以复极异常中的ST-T改变为主。Acute cerebral vascular disease is the clinical common disease with complex clinical manifestations, which causes the heart electrical changes with complexity and variety. ECG changes include the rhythm abnormalities, conduction abnormalities, repolarization abnormalities and atrioventricular changes. Among them, ST-T changes in the repolarization abnormalities is dominated.
