针灸结合西药治疗小儿手足口病50例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察西药结合针灸疗法治疗小儿手足口病(hand-food-mouth disease,HFMD)的临床疗效。方法将100例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均按小儿手足口病的常规处理,治疗组加用针灸。两组均以临床症状的缓解及单位时间病情平均缓解率判断疗效。结果两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但显效率及第一疗程病情缓解率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论西药结合针灸疗法治疗小儿HFMD,其显效率及病情平均缓解时间明显优于单纯西医治疗,是提高疗效的重要途径之一。Objective To observe the clinical effects of hand, foot and mouth disease（HFMD） treated with Western medicine plus acupuncture. Methods 100 children patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The two groups received the conventional treatment of HFMD. In addition,the treatment group was added with acupuncture. The relief of symptoms and the average remission rate per unit time were used to evaluate the efficacy. Results The total effective rate had no statistical difference between the two groups（P0.05）. But the excellent effective rate and the remission rate in the first treatment course demonstrated statistical differences between the two groups（P0.01,P0.05）. Conclusion Western medicine combined with acupuncture in the treatment of children HFMD is obviously superior to Western medicine alone in the excellent effective rate and the average remission time, which is one of important means to improve the efficacy.
