摘　　要：文章介绍了杀虫剂氰氟虫腙的发展状况,介绍了一种氰氟虫腙的中间体对三氟甲氧基苯胺基甲酸乙酯的合成方法。该方法以水为溶剂体系合成对三氟甲氧基苯胺基甲酸乙酯,含量大于96%,收率超过97%,具有操作简单、三废少、利于环境保护等特点,生产成本低,适宜工业化大生产。The paper describes the development situation of insecticide metaflumizone, Describes a synthetic method of 4-trifluoro methoxy Phenyl Ethyl carbamate（the intermediate of metaflumizone）. It synthesis 4-trifluoro methoxy in solvent system of water, the purity of the product was greater than 96 % and the yield was greater than 97 %. Having the advantages of simple operation, less three wastes, environmental protection and other features. The production cost is lower, it was suitable for industrialized production.
