摘 要:静态吸附状态下对人造沸石处理含磷模拟废水进行了实验研究,探讨了沸石用量、磷初始浓度、吸附时间、温度及pH对除磷效果的影响。结果表明,不同磷初始浓度,沸石除磷效果也不同,当废水含磷(以P2O5计)为16 mg·L-1时,最佳除磷条件是:沸石质量浓度为18 g/L,废水pH为6.8左右,吸附时间为20 min,30℃条件下,磷去除率可达98%,沸石作为废水除磷吸附剂具有很好的发展前景。The treatment of phosphate-containing simulated wastewater with synthetic zeolite was studied in the operating condition of static adsorption, and also the effects of zeolite quantity, phosphate initial concentration, contacting time, temperature and wastewater pH was discussed. The results showed that the effect of initial concentration on phosphate removal efficiency was significant, when the density of phosphate-containing simulated wastewater was 16 mg-L^-1, the best conditions of removing phosphorus were: zeolite concentration was 18 g/L, wastewater pH was about 6.8, adsorption time was 20 min, 30℃, the phosphates removal rate could reach 98 %, zeolite has bright development prospects.
