摘　　要：随着中国经济的持续快速增长,国家外汇储备大幅度增加、国内企业经济实力不断提升,在此背景下,推动中国对外直接投资尤为迫切。鉴于中国对外直接投资的规模和困境,本文从华侨华人角度进行分析,期望能够为对外直接投资的发展有所帮助。With the rapid and consistent development China economic,the country＇s storage of foreign exchange has been augmented considerably and the strength of domestic enterprise has been advanced.Under the background,it is urgent to promote outward foreign direct investment by China.In view of the scale and tough situation of outward foreign direct investment,this paper bases on the overseas Chinese and looks forward to bringing benefit for the development of outward foreign direct investment.
