摘　　要：块状经济是指一定区域范围内形成的一种产业集中、专业化极强,又具有明显地方特色的区域性产业群体的经济组织形式。温州、台州市以块状经济生成、发展和转型升级,支撑和推动乡村小工业的集聚,推进城市边缘新兴产业群落的快速崛起,被著称为"温台模式"。本文分析了温台区域块状经济发展现状、存在问题,认为向产业集群转型升级是温台区域经济发展的必然选择,并为其提出了对策措施。Massive economy is a form of economic organization of the regional industry groups,which is formed within a certain region of an industry focused,highly professional,but also has significant local characteristics.Wenzhou and Taizhou generate,develope,transform and upgrade by massive economic.Massive economic supported and promoted the accumulation of small rural industries,promoted the urban fringe industries to rise quickly.This phenomenon is known as ＂Wenzhou-Taizhou Mode ＂.This paper analyzes the status and problems of massive economy in Wenzhou-Taizhou Region,thinks of that transformation and upgrading of industrial clusters is the inevitable choice,and proposed the relevant countermeasures.
