摘　　要：随着股票市场对货币政策及货币需求作用的日益显现,学者在研究货币需求时开始关注并引入股票市场对货币需求函数的影响。而一般作为股票市场的代表量就是股票的市值,本文在前人分析的基础上着重研究股票市值对不同层次货币需求的影响,并试图给出具体的影响程度,以期为利益相关者做决策提供一些切实可行的意见。With the showing increasingly of the monetary policy and monetary demand function in the stock market, scholars start to pay attention to the introduction of stock market on money demand function influence in the study of currency demand. As the price of stock represents quantity in the stock market, the article will study the market value of the stock on different levels of the influence of monetary demand on the basis of the analysis given in this paper, and tries to give some specific impact, and hopes to provide some practical advice on stakeholderdecision-making.
