摘　　要：我国通用航空整体发展水平远远落后于运输航空,私人飞行作为通用航空领域的重要板块,也毫不例外地受到众多牵制。文章对比分析中美私人飞行发展现状,探析制约我国私人飞行发展的主要因素,提出促进我国私人飞行发展的对策。着力传导出应大力发展我国私人飞行的信号,期待社会各界协同促成我国私人飞行发展春天的早日到来。The overall development level of general aviation in China lags far behind that of transport aviation.Private flight,as an important sector of general aviation areas,subjects to numerous restrictions without exception.The article analyses the development situation of private flight between U.S.and China,probes the main factors of restricting our private flight development,proposes some corresponding strategies,and tries to conduct the signal to develop the private flight.We believe the development spring of China＇s private flight will come soon with the common efforts.
