摘  要:针对湖北大峪口磷矿三层矿,进行了白云石和胶磷矿浮选试验研究。纯矿物试验研究了螯合捕收剂YH-2用量对胶磷矿和白云石浮选效果的影响,确定了合适的捕收剂用量,为有效分选白云石和胶磷矿奠定了基础。实际矿物浮选试验采用两段正浮选工艺,浮选温度35℃。闭路试验所获精矿P2O5品位31.16%、精矿MgO品位1.31%、回收率90.73%、尾矿P2O5品位3.42%,取得了良好的分选效果。借助吸附量测试和红外光谱测试,研究了不同pH值对药剂YH-2在矿物表面上的吸附量的影响。结果表明,当pH=9时,胶磷矿表面药剂的吸附量为白云石表面的2.5倍,且YH-2在胶磷矿表面主要为牢固的化学吸附,在此条件下YH-2表现出良好的选择性。To treat the third layer ore from Dayukou Collophanite Mine in Hubei, a pure mineral flotation test for dolo- mite and collophanite was conducted. The influence of chelating collector YH -2 dosage on flotation separation of collophanite and dolomite was examined, and an appropriate dosage was determined. A two-stage direct flotation process was introduced to treat actual mineral at 35 ℃, and good indices can be achieved in the closed-circuit test, as a concentrate with a P2O5 grade of 31.16%, a MgO grade of 1.31%, and a P205 recovery of 90.73% can be obtained, while P2O5 grade of the tailings can be reduced to 3.42%. The influence of pH value on the absorbance performance of YH - 2 on mineral surface was studied based on the analyses of adsorption test and infrared spectroscopy measurement. The results show that the surface absorbance of collophanite is 2.5 times that of dolomite when the pH value is 9, and YH -2 can be chemisorbed onto the surface of collophanite and it therewith shows excellent selectivity
