摘 要:某冶炼厂使用立式砂磨机对二段浸出给矿进行开路磨矿,但由于磨矿浓度低,矿浆通过磨机时间短,导致磨矿粒度偏粗,影响浸出率。针对这一问题,提出了使用分级旋流器预先分级的技术方案,分级后的高浓度旋流器底流进入砂磨机磨矿。试验结果表明,通过调节旋流器的结构与操作参数,既可以获得用于浸出的粒度合格的溢流,又可获得浓度大于50%的适合砂磨机磨矿的底流。旋流器预先分级能减轻磨机的负荷,提高磨矿浓度,有利于磨矿效率的提高和浸出率的改善。Vertical sand mill was used in a smelter for open-circuit grinding of the feed at the second stage of leaching, but low grinding concentration and short residence time of pulp in the mill, resulted in a coarse grinding size and the leaching rate reduced. In order to solve the problem, a technical scheme was introduced, that is, using a classifying hydrocyclone for a preliminary classification, then transferring the high concentration underflow as the feed to sand mills. The test results show that, by adjusting the structure and operating parameters of hydrocyclones, qualified overflow for leaching and underflow with a concentration of over 500/o for grinding in sand mills can be prepared. The pre-classification can reduce the load of mill and grinding concentration, which will improve grinding efficiency and leaching rate.
