摘  要:为了节能降耗,宝钢4号高炉热风炉余热采用分离热管式换热器回收热能。宝钢4号高炉热风炉余热回收装置投入运行5年多来,对提高高炉风温、节能减排起到重要作用。量化了宝钢4号高炉余热回收对高炉风温和高炉能耗的影响,对余热回收改造前后的效果进行了分析,同时对余热回收失效原因和改进措施进行了探讨。To lower energy consumption, the heat energy was recovered by using separate-type heat pipe heat exchanger from the waste heat of hot blast stove in Baosteel N04 Blast furnace. It played an important role in raising the blast air temperature, saving energy and decreasing emission since the waste heat recovery device for hot blast stove of Baosteel No4 blast furnace was put into operation more than 5 years ago. The effect of the waste heat recovery of Baosteel No4 blast furnace oil the blast air temperature and energy consumption was quantified. The effect of the waste heat recovery device before and after remoulding was analyzed and the failure reason of the waste heat recovery was discussed and improvement measures were proposed.
