摘  要:目的探讨纳洛酮治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的80例缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿,随机将患儿分为观察组和对照组各40例。两组患儿均给予综合性常规治疗,观察组患者则在此基础上加用纳洛酮治疗方案。结果与对照组相比,观察组的显效率和总有效率均明显提高,而无效率明显降低;观察组行为神经评分<35分的比率明显降低,而>35分的比率明显提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组意识、反射、肌张力恢复时间均明显短于对照组,住院时间治疗组较对照组明显缩短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平较对照组明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论纳洛酮治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病疗效显著,对改善HIE患儿临床症状、提高治愈率有积极意义,是缺氧缺血性脑病患儿的理想治疗方法之一。Objective To explore the clinical observation of Naloxone in the treatment of neonatal hy- poxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods 80 patients were choosed from our hospital admitted to neonatal hy- poxie-isehemie encephalopathy, all the patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation and the control group. Two groups of patients were given a comprehensive routine treatment, patients in the observation group was added based on naloxone treatment. Results Compared with the control group,the observation group of the markedly effective rate and total effective rate was significantly improved, but not markedly reduced, and the observation group behavioral neurological assessment ratio of less than 35 hours significantly .reduced, while more than 35 percentage points, significantly improved, were significantly reduced, there were also statistically significant difference( P 〈0. 05 ). The recovery time of consciousness, reflection, muscular tension in treatment group was obviously shorter than that in control group. The in hospital time in the observation group compared the control group to reduce and the difference between the two groups was significant( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Naloxone in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-isehemic encephalopathy, the effect is significant, and has the benefit to improve clinical manifestation, raise cure rate, so to hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy is the ideal treatment methods.
