美托洛尔缓释片治疗老年充血性心力衰竭的疗效的分析

摘　　要：目的评价美托洛尔缓释片治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 124例心力衰竭患者随机分成两组,观察组常规治疗加用美托洛尔缓释片并逐步加大剂量;对照组进行常规治疗。结果治疗30周后,观察组患者的LVEDD和LVESD明显缩小。结论老年慢性充血性心力衰竭患者可以长期应用美托洛尔缓释片治疗,并能够改善心肌功能,提高生活质量,延长寿命。Objective evaluation of metoprolol sustained-release tablets in the treatment of senile chro- nic congestive heart failure. Methods 124 cases with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group in addition to conventional treatment with metoprolol sustained-release tablets and gradually increase the dose, the control group was given conventional treatment. Results After 30 weeks treatment, the observation group of patients with LVEDD and LVESD significantly reduced. Conclusion Senile chronic con- gestive heart failure patients with long-term use of metoprolol sustained-release tablets in the treatment of, and can improve cardiac function, enhance the quality of life, extend the life.
