摘　　要：目的探讨D-二聚体检测在产前高凝状态判断中的意义。方法通过对420例孕末期妇女进行D-二聚体检测并追踪观测产后临床情况,进行比较分析。结果 >0.5mg/L时,要尤其注意DIC的危险,特别是>5.0mg/L,一定要采取治疗措施。结论对于孕末期妇女检测D-二聚体高于正常值的妇女临床应严加注意。Objective discussing meanings of D-Dimer test about parturient women in the judgement of high coagulationg state. Methods Conducting comparative analysis through the D-Dimer test about 420 partu- rient women and their clinical situations after delivery. Results When figure was beyond 0.5mg/L, a special attention should be paid to DIY. And certain therapeutic measures must be took when the numerical value is a- bove 5.0mg/L. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the parturient women whose D-Dimer was beyond normal range.
