摘 要:目的比较不同产地白茅根的多糖含量。方法以葡萄糖为对照品,采用苯酚-浓硫酸法比色,通过紫外可见分光光度法测定采自11个不同产地的白茅根中多糖的含量,波长为485nm。结果该实验测定方法相对稳定,不同产地白茅根中多糖的含量存在显著性差异,其中福建邵武产地的白茅根多糖含量最高(711.45 mg/g),其次为湖北武汉产地含量(604.89 mg/g),江西新建产地含量最低(300.88 mg/g)。结论研究结果可为白茅根多糖成分合理开发,资源的利用及质量控制提供实验依据。Objective To compare the content of Polysaccharide in the Roots of lmperata cylindrica Beauv. var. major(Nees) C. E. Hubb. from different habitats. Methods The content of polysaccharide in the roots of Imperiato cylindrica Beauv. var. majore. E, Hubb. was determined by phenol -sulfuric acid colormetric method with glucose as the stationary. Results This method was stable. There had significant difference of polysaccharide in the roots of Imperata cylindrica Beauv. var. major (Nees) C.E. Hubb. from different habitats. The highest content of polysaccharide contained in Imperata cylindrica Beauv. var. major(Nees) C.E. Hubb was from Shaowu, Fujian province (711.45 mg/g), followed by that from Wuhan city, Hubei province (604.89 mg/ g). And the lowest content was from Xinjian county ,Jiangxi province (300.88 mg/g). Conclusion The experiment results provide scientific evidence for the polysaccharide development, resource utilization and quality control in Imperata cylindrica Beauv. var. major(Nees) C.E. Hubb.
