摘 要:目的确定龟版免疫调节活性部位的最佳提取工艺。方法分别采用正交设计法,龟版的乙醇提取工艺以提取率及抑制率为考察指标进行综合评分,水提取工艺以含氮量为考察指标,优选龟版的提取工艺参数。结果龟版乙醇提取的最佳工艺为10倍量乙醇,提取3次,每次3 h;水提取的最佳工艺为加6倍量水,提取3次,每次2 h。结论确定了龟版免疫调节活性部位的最佳提取工艺,简便易行,适合大工业生产。Objective To optimize the extraction techniques of the immunoregulatory activity site in turtle shell. Methods Determine nitrogen content and extraction ratio and inhibition ratio respectively, then decide the optimum water extraction procession and the optimum ethanol extraction technology of turtle shell by orthogonal experiment. Results The optimum ethanol extraction process of turtle shell was to add 10 times the amount of ethanol, extract three times, each time 3 h. The best water extraction process of turtle shell was to add 6 times the amount of water, extract three times, each time 2h. Conclusion The optimized ex- tract technology of the immunomodulatory activity site in turtle shell is easy and suitable for large - scale industrial production.
