摘 要:目的探讨桂郁金醇提物和水提物对离体蛙心的影响。方法采用斯氏蛙心灌流法制备离体蛙心标本,逐滴加入桂郁金提取物,观察药物对离体蛙心的作用。结果当桂郁金醇提物和水提物的终浓度分别达到2.54×10-2g/ml和2.55×10-3g/ml时,开始明显抑制蛙心的收缩张力最大值;两种提取物的终浓度分别达到4.90×10-2g/ml和1.73×10-3g/ml时,开始明显抑制蛙心的收缩张力平均值,并表现出明显的量效关系。两种提取物对蛙心收缩频率的影响并不明显。药物溶媒(纯净水)对蛙心没有明显影响。结论桂郁金醇提物和水提物有显著的负性肌力作用。Objective To probe the effects of alcohol extract and water extract of Guiyujin on isolated frog hearts. Methods Prepare specimens of isolated frog hearts and mix in the extracts of Guiyujin drop by isolated heart perfusion. The effects of Guiyujin on isolated frog hearts were studied and analysed. Results The maximum tension of cardiac contractihty was obviously decreased when the isolated frog hearts was perfused with the concentration of 2.54 × 10^-5 g/ml of the alcohol extract, 2.55 × 10^-2 g/ml of the water extract; the average tension of cardiac contractility was obviously decreased when the isolated frog hearts was perfused with the concentration of 4.90 × 10 ^-2 g/ml of the alcohol extract, 1.73× 10^ -3 g/ml of the water extract; and there was a relation- ship between effect and quantum. Two extracts have no evident influence on contraction frequency of isolated frog hearts. The solvent of two extracts( pure water) has no significant effect on the frog hearts. Conclusion The alcohol extract and water extract of Guiyujin has obvious negative inotropic action.
