摘 要:以蛋白质含量高为育种目标之一 ,采用浸胚法将高蛋白玉米马齿黄的总 DNA导入优质早籼稻 91- L 中 ,通过连续 6年的选择 ,从变异后代中选育出 DH早 1,DH早 5 ,DH早 6 ,DH早 8,DH早 9等 5个高蛋白稻新品系 .大田试验表明 ,这些品系能保持原受体较高的产量和抗性等优良性状 .米质分析表明 ,这些品系的绝大多数米质指标达到部颁优质米一级或二级标准 ,平均蛋白质含量达到 13.6 5 % ,其中 DH早 9高达 14.9% .The total DNA extracted from Machihuang corn containing high protein was introduced into high quality early season indica rice 91 L.The stable lines of DH zao l,DH zao 5,DH zao 6,DH zao 8 and DH zao 9 containing high protein were selected from various offspring generations after the introduction. Frield experiments showed that high yield and high quality and strong resistance were inherieted by the selected lines.Quality analysis indicated that most of the quality indexes met the high quality rice standards issued by the Agricultural Ministry of China.Their average protein contents reached 13.65%.Among them,DH zao 9 had the highest protein contents of 14.9%.
