湖北白猪繁殖性状的遗传分析

摘　　要：对湖北白猪的 1 3头公猪及其 80窝后代的繁殖性状表型参数和遗传参数进行了初步的估测 ,结果为 :平均产仔数 1 0 2 4头 ,产活仔数 8 81头 ,断奶头数 8 0 3头 ,初生窝重 1 1 79kg ,泌乳力 38 0 8kg ,断奶窝重 1 4 8 1 9kg ,初生个体重 1 32kg ,断奶个体重 1 8 87kg ,乳头数 1 3 85个 ,2 0日龄个体重 4 70kg ,妊娠期 1 1 4 1 4d ;遗传力分别为 :0 1 5 8、 0 1 4 3、 0 2 1 8、 0 4 2 0、 0 4 80、 0 2 39、 0 398、 0 2 6 7、0 0 80、 0 2 1 4、 0 1 34。产仔数、产活仔数、断奶头数、初生窝重、断奶窝重、泌乳力等性状呈强的正相关(P <0 0 5、P <0 0 1 ) ,且窝性状的相关性都较强 ,窝性状和个体性状 (初生个体重、断奶个体重 )存在着负的遗传相关。For studying the genetic pattern of reproductive traits of Hubie white pigs,the phenotypic and genetic parameters among reproductive traits were estimated tentatively using records form 13 boars and their 80 litter offsprings.The results showed that average litter size 10 24,live born number 8 81,litter size at weaning 8 03,neonatal litter weight 11 79kg,milkablility 38 08kg,litter weight at weaning 148 19kg,neonatal weight 1 32kg,weight at weaning 18 87kg,nipple number 13 85,weight at twenty days 4 70kg,and gestation length 114 14 day.The heritability was 0 158,0 143,0 218,0 420,0 480,0 239,0 398,0 267,0 080,0 214 and 0 134,respectively.It had strong positive correlation among litter size,live born number,litter size at weaning,neonatal litter weight,litter weight at weaning and milkability.And the correlativity of litter traits was also strong.It had negative genetic correlation between litter traits and individual traits(neonatal weight,weight at weaning).The results form the correlation analysis showed that litter weight at weaning should be the most important selection index of the Hubei white pigs reproductive traits.
