摘　　要：1973年 Ilise Tischer首先发现猪小环病毒 (PCV) ,并将其描述为一种猪肾细胞系 (pk-1 5 )的污染物。以后陆续有证据显示该病毒与断奶后全身消耗性综合征 (PMWS)和仔猪先天性震颤相关。血清学调查表明 ,该病毒在全世界范围内广泛存在并经常和 PRRS伴发存在 ,因此这方面研究逐渐成为热点。本文概述 PCV的流行病学、发病机理、临床表现。A porcine circovirus(PCV)was first described as a contaminant of the pig kidney cell line (PK 15)by Ilise Tiscler in 1973.Since then,more and more evidence associated this virus with posts weaning multisystemic wasting syndrome(PMWS)and congential tremor of piglets.Serological results show that this virus exist worldwide and often occur together with the PRRS. Therefore,this field began to draw more and more attention.This article will discuss briefly the description,epidemiology,pathogenesis necropsy findings,histopatholosy,differential diagnosis and management of the virus.
