摘　　要：目的:分析解放军总医院近3年用药现状及发展趋势,为临床用药提供参考依据。方法:利用军卫一号系统调取我院2008—2010年药品入库信息,对各大类药品进行统计分析,并按照剂型分别统计、汇总和分析前10位药品的使用情况。结果:我院总销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,抗肿瘤药、抗菌药物及中成药销售金额排序始终居前3位,口服抗肿瘤药中分子靶向类药物销售金额较大。广谱抗菌药物注射剂应用逐年下降,逐渐转变为以第2、3代头孢菌素及青霉素类抗菌药物注射剂为主;中成药近3年增长较快,尤其是中药注射剂品种及金额逐年增加,以抗肿瘤及心血管用药为主。结论:用药品种构成比相对较稳定,分子靶向类抗肿瘤药有广阔发展前景;《解放军总医院抗菌药物管理规定》的实施有效地遏制了临床抗菌药物不合理应用。OBJECTIVE： To analyze the current situation and developing trend of the drug use in PLA General Hospital during 2008-2010 period in order to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs.METHODS： The utilization data of drugs in different categories in our hospital during 2008-2010 period were retrieved by using No.1 Military Medical Project and analyzed statistically,and the utilization of top 10 drugs categorized by different dosage forms were analyzed as well.RESULTS： The drug consumption sum in our hospital increased year by year during 2008-2010 period,with antineoplastic agents,antibiotics and Chinese patent drugs topping the list stably,and among all the oral antineoplastics used,molecular-targeted drugs took a larger proportion in consumption sum.The consumption of broad-spectrum antibiotics injection was decreasing year by year,which has gradually given way to that of the second and third generations of cephalosporins and penicillins.The Chinese patent drugs witnessed a rapid increase over the 3 years,especially the Chinese medicine injections which increased year by year in the number of varieties and consumption sum,predominantly the antineoplastics and cardiovascular drugs.CONCLUSION： The constituent ratio of drug varieties in our hospital was stable and the molecular-targeted antineoplastics drugs enjoy a bright future.The practice of PLA General Hospital＇s Rule on Antibiotic Use has effectively inhibited the irrational use of antibiotics.
