2008—2010年北京佑安医院治疗乙型肝炎中成药应用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解2008—2010年我院治疗病毒性乙型肝炎中成药的使用情况及变化趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:利用我院数据库系统,检索中药房2008—2010年中成药的使用数据,对药品用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)进行统计和分析。结果:2008—2010年我院治疗病毒性乙型肝炎中药注射剂销售金额增长最快,分别为736.25、898.40、1 037.11万元,增长率分别为22.02%和15.44%,其中复方苦参注射液和复方鳖甲软肝片无论是销售金额还是DDDs排序都名列前茅。结论:中成药使用情况基本合理,符合我院的用药特点,复方苦参注射液、复方鳖甲软肝片应用比较广泛。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the status quo and tendency of the utilization of Chinese patent drugs for hepatitis B in our hospital during 2008-2010 for clinical reference of rational use of Chinese patent drugs.METHODS： The utilization data of Chinese patent drugs for hepatitis B in dispensary of traditional Chinese medicine of our hospital during 2008-2010 retrieved from hospital database system were analyzed statistically with regard to consumption sum,DDDs and DDC（defined daily cost）.RESULTS： The traditional Chinese medicine injections for hepatitis B during 2008-2001 witnessed a most rapid increase in consumption sum,up 7 362 500,8 984 000 and 10 371 100 Yuan,respectively over the 3 years,with annual growth rate of 22.02% in 2009 vs.15.44% in 2010.Compound Matrine Injection and Compound Biejia Ruangan tablets topping the list in both consumption sum and DDDs.CONCLUSION： The use of Chinese patent drugs for hepatitis B in our hospital was basically rational and in line with the drug use characteristics of our hospital and the use of Compound Matrine Injection and Compound Biejia Ruangan tablets was widespread.
