2010年我院410份膏滋药处方中药饮片应用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解膏滋药处方中药饮片的应用情况,探讨我院膏滋药的用药特色。方法:利用回顾性调查方法,对2010年我院410份膏滋药处方中涉及的11大类42种中药饮片的销售数量和销售金额进行统计、分析。结果:410份膏滋药处方中,单品种销售数量前3位的中药饮片依次是炒白术、生山药和川芎,分别为195.12、124.80、114.72 kg,占全部饮片销售数量的百分比为12.61%、8.07%和7.41%;在各类别中,销售数量排序前3位依次是补虚药、活血化瘀药和理气药,分别为995.16、184.08、91.92 kg,占全部销售数量的百分比为64.33%、11.89%和5.94%。结论:本次调查显示,膏滋药组方合理,充分体现了中医辨证施治的原则。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the use of Chinese herbal pieces in soft extract prescriptions and the characteristics in using soft extract preparations in our hospital.METHODS： By a retrospective survey,the consumption quantity and consumption sum of 42 Chinese Herbal pieces included in totaled 11 categories involved in 410 soft extract prescriptions during 2010 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS： In 410 soft extract prescriptions,the top three Chinese herbal pieces on the list of consumption quantity were fried atractylodes（195.12 kg）,crude rhizoma dioscoreae（124.80 kg） and rhizoma chuanxiong（114.72 kg）,accounting for 12.61%,8.07% and 7.41% of the total,respectively.The top three categories ranked by consumption quantity were tonics（995.16 kg）,drugs for activating blood and dissolving stasis（184.08 kg） and drugs for regulating QI flow（91.92 kg）,accounting for 64.33%,11.89% and 5.94%,respectively.CONCLUSION： The soft extract prescriptions were reasonable in formula and the use of the soft extract preparations fully reflects the traditional Chinese medicine principle of determining the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms.
