摘　　要：罗荣桓是伟大的无产阶级革命家、政治家、军事家,中华人民共和国元帅。文章阐述了罗荣桓文化教育思想产生的影响,对荣桓图书馆罗荣桓元帅研究中心成立的背景、发展及开展活动等方面作了详细的介绍,指出图书馆要有特色文献资源,要有特色的服务,其发展才能得到社会的支持,才能更好地建设图书馆事业。Luo Ronghuan is a great proletarian revolutionist, politician, militarist, and one of marshals of people＇s Republic of China. This paper expounds the impact of Luo Ronghuan＇s cultural education thoughts. It introduces the background,development and carrying out activities of the establishment of marshal Luo Ronghuan＇s research center in detail. It points out that the library should have distinctive literature resource and unique service. In this way, library＇s development can get the support of the community, and improve the construction of Library.
