摘　　要：简要介绍了河北师范大学生命科学学院教学实验中心在实验员队伍建设中的几点办法和措施,包括实验员工作内容的确立,实验员服务意识的要求,实验员综合能力的要求及提高采取的措施。This paper briefly introduces some methods and measures of biological experiment center of Hebei Normal University to construct the laboratory technicians team. These are included the establishment of the instructors work content, the requirements of the instructors＇ service consciousness and the comprehensive ability and the improving measures.
