摘　　要：结合我校重点实验室建设与管理的实际情况,坚持建设与管理并重的指导思想,根据不同重点实验室的学科依托和整合特点创新管理运行模式,进行分类指导和管理,取得了显著成效。Combined with the actual conditions on key labs construction and management of Henan University, adhere to the guideline of building and managing, according to different key laboratory disciplines rely on innovative and integrated features of the management models, to classify the guidance and management, has achieved remarkable success.
