摘　　要：DHI综合录井仪是由美国DHI服务公司制造,取得美国船检局(ABS)认证,能在海上和陆上Ⅰ类爆炸性气体危险场所2区工作。以仪器的结构流程为切入点,从实时数据采集系统、数据库管理系统和后台数据处理软件系统3个方面,概括介绍了DHI综合录井仪的工作原理和特点。这种基于小型工业以太网硬件平台和MSWin-dowsNET/SQLServer软件体系开发的综合录井仪,能够测量、显示和记录钻井、钻井液和FID分析的烃类参数以及各种计算参数,可用于地质评估和钻井作业监控,面向客户端的数据库管理系统便于用户操作和浏览,强大的录井图编辑软件和录井后台软件能够完全满足录井图编制和工程应用的需要。DHI Mud Logging Unit is manufactured by DHI Services,USA,which has obtained the certification of American Shipping Bureau(ABS) and can work at Zone 2 dangerous places in Class Ⅰ explosive gas dangerous field of offshore and onshore.Taking structure process of DHI Mud Logging Unit as a starting point,the authors made a brief introduction of its working principles and characteristics from the three aspects of the real-time data acquisition system,data-base management system and background data processing software system.DHI Mud Logging Unit was developed on the basis of small industrial Ethernet hardware platform and MS Windows NET/SQL Server software system,which can measure,show and record parameters of drilling and drilling fluid,FID analysis parameters of the hydrocarbons and a variety of calculation parameters,which can be used for formation evaluation and drilling monitoring.Its client-oriented database management is convenient for users to operate and browse,its powerful mud logging diagram editing software and mud logging background software can fully meet the needs of drawing up mud logging figures and engineering application.
