摘　　要：介绍了国内地方性科技年鉴编纂及其信息资源开发利用的现状和成效,针对科技年鉴编纂及其信息资源开发利用中存在的问题和影响因素,提出了科技年鉴编纂及其信息资源开发利用的具体措施。This paper introduced the current status and achievements in the compiling of domestic local yearbooks of science and technology and the development and utilization of their information resources.Moreover,it put forward the concrete measures to deal with existing problems and influential factors.
