摘　　要：对食用菌液体菌种自动接种机工艺过程进行了分析,从机械本体结构和工艺过程两个方面,详细论述了食用菌液体菌种自动接种机的设计方法。控制系统以可编程序控制器为核心器件,结合变频调速技术实现整机的自动控制,给出了部分部件结构简图,PLC控制硬件接线分配关系,并对控制软件设计进行分析。The automated inoculation machine mushroom liquid spawn process was analyzed from the machine body structure and process aspects,discusses in detail the mushroom liquid spawn automatically inoculated machine design.PLC control system to the core devices,combined with the frequency control technology to achieve automatic control of the machine,given some of the parts of the structure diagram,PLC control hardware wiring distribution relations,and control software for analysis.
