摘  要:莱钢2×265m2烧结机系统设计采用了配料宽带给料、强化制粒、多辊布料、热风厚料层烧结等多项新工艺、新技术,针对生产中出现的燃料破碎能力不足、篦条易烧损脱落、溜槽使用寿命短等问题,进行了增设棒磨机、料仓式溜槽改进和隔热垫、篦条防脱落改造等多项工艺优化与技术改造,达到了"高产、优质、低耗、高效、环保"的目标要求。Laiwu Steel’s 2×265 m2 sintering machine system adopted many new processes and new techniques such as feeding ingredients by a broadband, strengthening granulating, multi-roll distribution and hot-air deep-bed sintering process. Aiming at the problems appeared in production such as insufficient fuel crushing capacity, easy burning off the grate bars and short service life of the chute, many process optimizations and technological transformations were made, for example, adding a rod mill, changing to silo chute and transforming against falling of the heat insulated pad and grate bars, achieving the target requirements of"high yields, high quality, high efficiency, low consumption and environmental-friendly".
