摘　　要：莱钢3#3200m3高炉由于原燃料条件恶化、上料系统紊乱、操作制度调剂不及时以及操作失误等原因,导致炉况失常。采用减轻焦炭负荷、锰矿洗炉、优化装料制度、改善原燃料、抓管理等措施后,炉况快速得到好转。Because the conditions of the original fuel deteriorated, the charging system disordered, and the operating system did not adjust in time and so on, Laiwu Steel’s No.3 3 200 m3 BF became adverse. By reducing the load of the coke, washing the furnace with manganese ore, optimizing the charging system, improving the conditions of the original fuel and conducting the management measures strictly, the furnace conditions came back to normal gradually.
