干熄炉环形风道内环墙坍塌影响因素分析

摘　　要：安钢焦化厂140t/h干熄炉环形风道内墙及牛腿出现坍塌,分析认为,主要原因是耐火砖材质及恶劣的工况、有害气体侵蚀等导致的耐火砖损蚀,砌筑设计不合理,强化生产及设备故障导致的停机及操作不规范等问题,采取相应对策后,干熄炉维修周期由不足1a延长为15个月。The collapse appeared in the inner circular and bracket ring of 140 t/h CDQ furnace in Anyang Steel Coking Plant. Analyses consider that main reasons are： the deterioration of the firebricks caused by poor material quality, bad working environment and harmful gas erosion; reasonless lining design; intensifying production; downtime caused by equipment failure, nonstandard operation and other issues. Through taking some improved measures, the maintain cycle of the CDQ furnace was extended to 15 months from less than 1 year.
