摘　　要：济钢3200m3高炉自动化控制系统由L1级和BFPSS组成,其中L1级包括高炉本体监控,槽下配料和炉顶布料等系统的自动化控制;BFPSS包括料仓系统,装料系统,煤粉喷吹系统,热风炉系统和铁渣系统等整个主作业线的自动化控制。自2010年8月投运以来,控制系统运行状况良好,数据传输可靠、高速,操作界面清晰、简洁、实用。The automation control system of Jinan Steel 3 200 m3 BF includes L1 and BFPSS. The L1 level is consisted of the automation control systems for BF body monitoring system, charge mixture under chute and distribution on the top of BF. The BFPSS is consisted of the automation control systems for management banks of material, charge devices, coal powder injection, hot-blast stove and slag, etc. The system was stable and reliable since production in august 2010.
