摘　　要：地勘单位大致分为传统地勘单位、现代地勘单位、一流地勘单位三个类别,传统地勘单位的特点是事业体制,计划任务,模式单一;当代地勘单位的特点是企事混合的体制,工作成果与矿权、项目紧密相连,多元化市场;一流地勘单位的特点是事企分开,拥有自己的矿山,经营方式多样化,利益最大化。Generally, geological exploration institution may be divided into 3 types： traditional, modem and first-rate. The traditional type is characterized by institution with planned task and single model. The modem type is characterized by mixed system with closely relation of results with to mining fights and multiple markets. The first-rate type is characterized by enterprise-cause separation with own mines, multiple operating ways and profit maximization.
