低碳烃芳构化液体产品组成分布及精馏

摘　　要：使用气相色谱及色谱 -质谱联用仪对由低碳烃直接合成芳烃的液相产物进行了全分析。色谱分析结果表明 ,液体产物中非芳烃 <0 .2 % ,BTX占 90 %以上 ,双环芳烃约 7% ,其余 2 %～ 3 %为多甲基苯。GC/MS对液体产品的定性和半定量分析表明 ,微量杂质为稠环芳烃 ,总量不超过 0 .2 %。对1 0 0ml反应装置丙烷芳构化液体产物进行简单蒸馏切割成苯、甲苯、二甲苯等几个馏分 ,并对其中的苯馏分进一步作了 40块理论塔板的精密蒸馏 ,对所得精苯测定结晶点为 5.47℃ ,达到国家标准。以丙烷芳构化为例 ,每吨原料可得精苯近 1 3 0kg。为该过程的开发利用提供基础数据。GC and GC/MS were employed in analysis of liquid products of lower paraffin aromatization. GC result determined that the content of non-aromatic was less than 0.2%, the amount of benzene, toluene and xylene was more than 90% as well as the others were bicycloaromatics and polymethyl benzene. GC/MS analysis showed traces of polycyclic aromatics in the liquid products. The liquid products of propane conversion were distilled into benzene, toluene and xylene fractions. The pure benzene with crystalline point 5.47℃ was obtained from the rectification of benzene distillation fraction by 40 theoretical plates. About 130 kg pure benzene could be produced from aromatization per ton of propane.
