摘　　要：基于滚齿加工原理,设计小型数控滚齿机,介绍其机械结构;基于PC机构建数控系统硬件平台,选用DOS系统作为数控系统应用软件运行平台,概述了数控系统的硬件组成和软件结构。该数控系统体系结构具有开放式、模块化和经济实用的特点,适合组成小规模的数控系统。Based on hobbing principle, the mechanical structure of designed small NC gear hobbing machine was introduced. The NC hardware system platform was constructed based on PC, and DOS system was selected as the application software platform. The hardware composition and the software structure of the CNC system were summarized. Such kind of CNC system has the characters of opening, multi-module and economy, and is suitable for building small NC system.
