摘　　要：机床数据是数控系统与机床以及伺服驱动之间匹配的媒介,是数控机床能否发挥其工作性能的关键。维修人员了解机床数据的作用和保护方法是保证数控机床正常工作的前提条件。针对西门子SINUMERIK 802D数控系统的数据备份与恢复方法进行总结,系统介绍了SINUMERIK 802D数控系统内部存储器结构、数据的内部备份和外部备份方法。The CNC machine tool data is medium between the CNC machine tools and the servo drive system. It is the key whether CNC machine tools perform their working performance. It is prerequisite of ensuring normal work of CNC machine tools for maintenance persomM to understand the rote of data and the protection method. Taking Siemens SINUMERIK 802D CNC system as example, data backup and restore methods were summarized. SINUMERIK 802D CNC system internal memory structure, the internal and external data backup methods were introduced.
