摘　　要：为了解鸭源鸡杆菌(Gallibacterium anatis)在河北省鸡群中的感染状况,采用乳胶凝集试验对河北省10个不同地市的677份鸡血清样品进行了鸭源鸡杆菌的血清流行病学调查,对鸭源鸡杆菌的感染率进行分析。结果表明:河北省不同地区鸡群均存在鸭源鸡杆菌感染,平均阳性率为48.60%,其中血清Ⅰ型抗体阳性率为29.54%,血清Ⅱ型抗体阳性率为29.69%,血清Ⅳ型抗体阳性率为22.16%。不同地市的鸡群血清阳性率存在一定差异,其中张家口和石家庄的鸭源鸡杆菌血清阳性率较高,分别为72.73%和80.95%。In this paper,an epidemiological survey of Gallibacterium anatis infection in chickens using agglutination test in latex was carried out on 667 sera samples collected from 10 differentcities in Hebei province.The results showed that G.anatis infection was common in all 10 chicken flocks in different areas of Hebei province and that a mean percentage of serologically positive to G.anatis was revealed.The seroprevalence of G.anatis serotype Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅳ was 29.54%,29.69% and 22.16%,respectively.There was a certain difference in the seroprevalence of G.anatisamong different cities.Among the 10 cities,the infection rates of Zhangjiakou and Shijiazhuang were relative higher,with value of 72.73% and 80.95%.
