摘　　要：本文从信息技术政策的概念入手,剖析其内容框架,从政策发展的历史轨迹中总结信息技术政策存在问题,从而提出制定完整清晰的信息技术政策框架、加强和完善信息技术政策的评估与反馈等促进我国信息技术政策发展的合理建议。This article explained the concept of information technology policy,analyzed the content framework,through history of information technology summary the development of policy problems.It also proposed some reasonable proposals,including the development of complete and clear policy framework,strengthen and improve the information technology policy evaluation and feedback,etc.
