异种脱细胞真皮基质在引导种植体周围骨再生手术中的应用

摘  要:目的评价异种脱细胞真皮基质在引导种植体周围骨再生手术中的临床效果。方法将种植体植入患者的狭窄形牙槽嵴中,种植体的唇、颊侧面均有部分暴露,将羟基磷灰石珊瑚骨粉及自体骨混合物置于骨缺损处,异种脱细胞真皮基质膜覆盖于骨粉表面。结果1例患者于手术1个月左右因局部感染,异种脱细胞真皮基质膜暴露被取出,其余患者术后6个月Ⅱ期手术时见,所有种植体暴露部分完全被再生骨覆盖,种植体暴露部分长度为O。结论异种脱细胞真皮基质具有良好的生物相容性和可降解性,临床上可用作骨组织引导再生膜,促进骨缺损的再生修复。Objective To clinically evaluate the effect of guided bone regenerati on(GBR)with acellular dermal matrix (ADM)in peri - implant bone defects, Methods From July 2009 to July 2010 a total of 22 patients underwent implant treatment by 31 implants were treated with acellular dermal matrix.Among them 14 were men.The agerange was from 23 to 72 years old (mean 44.8),All of the implants were placed in patients with thin alveolar ridges with buccal or labial bone defect.The bone defectswere covered with admixture of HA - coral particles and autogenous bone then covered with acellular dermal matrix membranes. Clinical examination was conducted to follow up the healing of the acellular dermal matrix. Results The acellular dermal matrix membranes of 1 case were exposed and removed after 1 months,All of the other peri - implant bone defects were comp letely covered with new formed bone, Conclusion ADM membrane has excellent hiocompatibility and biodegradablility and can be used in guided bone regeneration to promote the bone repair progress in clinical.
