摘　　要：西点军校是世界著名的军事院校,在其培养学员的过程中,形成了一套独特的安全管理模式。通过其严密的规章制度、严格的教育管理、开明的组织文化,构成了积极有效的安全管理制度,创造了安全的教育环境,减少了安全事故的发生。West Point is a world renowned military academy. In the course of its training students,West Point formed a set of larruping security management. The system of its security management is consummate. The process of its training and teaching students embodies the philosophy of talent cultivation. The methods of its management of students are various.
