摘　　要：该文基于对工业遗产研究历程和目前研究概况的简要介绍,以及对工业遗产构成要素的分析,在现场调研的基础上,探讨了在德国鲁尔区区域经济和产业衰退与复兴的综合背景下,德国埃森"关税同盟"煤矿第Ⅻ号矿井及其邻近炼焦厂的工业遗产保护与再利用的具体实施对策,包括工业遗产保护的内容以及工业遗产保护性再利用的层级及其模式等。Based on the present situation and an analysis on the composition of the Industrial Heritage, the author discusses the conservation and reuse strategies applied to the industrial heritage in the Zollverein Pit and the Zollverein Coking Plant, under the background of regional economic decay and revival. A site four has led to further discussion on the actual measures that are still carrying on.
