摘  要:目的探讨腔镜甲状腺手术中应用可吸收生物膜对于预防术后颈前皮瓣粘连的可行性及有效性,提供一种新的方法预防皮瓣粘连。方法随机选择腔镜下甲状腺切除40例手术病人,治疗组将百菲米可吸收医用膜置于颈前皮瓣与颈前肌群之间。定期随访观察。对照组不使用可吸收膜,同时进行两组间比较的统计学分析。结果全部切口均I期愈合,无积液、发热及排异等不良反应,防粘连效果优良,美观效果好。结论可吸收医用膜对于腔镜下甲状腺术后粘连预防是安全、有效的,更加保证了腔镜甲状腺手术美观的优势,可作为一种预防粘连的新方法。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and validity of a medical biofilm on anti- adhesion in laparoscopic thyroid surgery, and try to supply a new way to prevent adhesion of cervical skin flap. Methods Forty patients underwent thyroid surgery in laparoscopy were studied retrospectively. A medical insulation membrane (Bai Fei Mi insulation membrane)were placed between cervical skin flap and musculature (experiment group, n=20). Another 20 cases who didn't use the insulation membrane were served as controls (n=20). Results All incision wounds were primary healing, no effusion, adverse reactions such as fever and rejection. The role of Bai Fei Mi insulation membrane on anti-adhesion was effective and was better than that of controls. Conclusion Bai Fei Mi insulation membrane is effective for anti-adhesion of cervical skin flap in laparoscopy thyroid surgery.
