后金融危机时期山西服务业融资战略分析——基于山西产业结构转型视角之研究

摘　　要：2008年世界金融危机以来,山西实体经济受到严重冲击,当实体经济发展开始放慢的时候,服务业对经济增长的影响力逐渐上升。山西应抓住这个以现代服务业为"引擎"的经济增长方式的重要战略机遇期,实现资源大省的产业结构转型。从分析山西现代服务业发展现状入手,指出融资问题是制约山西服务业更快发展的主要因素,并针对问题的解决提出了对策建议。Since the outbreak of financial crisis in 2008,the real economy of Shanxi has been severely impacted.The development of real economy has been slowdown,while the influence of service industry on the economic growth becomes larger.Shanxi shall seize this important strategy opportunity,namely,the modern service industry as the new engine of the economy,so as to realize the industrial structure transition in resource-based area.This Paper analyzes the current situation of modern service industry in Shanxi,indicates that the financing issues are the main constraint to achieve faster development of service industry,and put forward a series of countermeasures to solve such problem.
