摘 要:目的探讨高胆红素血症新生儿血清酶活性检测的临床意义。方法选择汕头市妇幼保健院新生儿科2010年7月至2011年6月收治新生儿高胆红素血症患儿120例,检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ—GT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、乳酸脱氢酶同工酶1(LDH1)、肌酸激酶(CK)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK—MB),并与对照组(同期正常新生儿,40例)比较分析。结果高胆红素血症新生儿血清酶中AST、γ-GT、LDH、LDH1、CK、CK-MB活性较对照组均有显著性增高,且重度组高于轻中度组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);而ALT、ALP组间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论高胆红素血症新生儿血清酶活性可反映胆道排泄功能和心肌的损伤,在治疗时检测其活性变化对患儿预后判断具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of seroenzyme detection in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods The serum enzyme of 120 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in the department of neonatology from July 2010 to June 2011 were detected, including ALT, ALP, AST, γ-GT, LDH, LDH1, CK and CK-MB. The results were compared with the control group. Results The activity of AST, γ-GT, LDH, LDH1, CK and CK-MB of the neonatal hyperbilirubinemia group increased significantly compared with the control group (P 〈 0.05) , that of the severe group increased significantly than that of the mild group (P 〈 0. 05 ). However, the indexes of ALT and ALP were not significantly different between the neonatal hyperbilirubinemia group and the control group ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions The detection of seroenzyme activity in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can reflect heart injury and bile duct discharge function. Moreover, the seroenzyme detection has great significances in predicting the prognosis of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
